Responsibilities
- Audit invoices and payment requests for accuracy and proper coding; authorize final disbursements via Cash Pro and resolve banking exceptions
- Lead the administration of the statewide Concur system, including monthly approvals and data integration with Financial Edge
- Facilitate the preparation and distribution of annual 1099s and maintain all property tax documentation
- Organize and maintain comprehensive audit files to ensure a seamless annual review process
- Manage the General Ledger by preparing and approving journal entries and spearheading month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Produce and distribute monthly financial statements and specialized reports to leadership
- Serve as the primary backup for both Payroll and Accounts Payable functions to ensure zero disruption in operations
- Maintain detailed records for all TBCH property, including capital request tracking and property-related files
- Manage a diverse insurance portfolio (multiperil, liability, and vehicle), handling everything from coverage updates and renewals to active claims
- Coordinate the acquisition and sale of organization vehicles and maintain all non-maintenance vehicle records and contract data
