• Assist in planning and executing fundraising events from start to finish
• Coordinate event logistics , including materials, supplies, and setup

• Conduct market research to identify sponsorship and fundraising opportunities
• Provide administrative support , including record-keeping and correspondence
• Monitor and report on event outcomes to inform future improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event plans and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet event needs
• Support the fundraising team in achieving financial and participation goals
• Assist with donor and sponsor communications , including thank-you notes and follow-ups
• Manage event registrations and attendee communications
• Help promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
