Job Description

Our client is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person connecting great clients with the production floor to keep everything running smoothly. You will get to manage client accounts, process orders, and share exciting, real-time updates on manufacturing progress. By teaming up with logistics and quality control, you'll make sure every order arrives perfectly and on time, keeping smiles on clients' faces.  

salary: $17 - $20.99 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Happily receive, check, and enter client orders into the system with great accuracy.

• Production Liaison: Chat regularly with the manufacturing team to track order status and timing.

• Issue Resolution: Kindly troubleshoot and solve client questions about shipping or product details.

• Account Maintenance: Keep client records up-to-date, including special pricing and delivery preferences.
