Job Description
Join our client's newly established Center of Excellence (COE) as a Name Screening Analyst. This is a high-volume, entry-level role focused on the first level of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening, ensuring the integrity of our customer data against global watchlists. The ideal candidate is "quick" and efficient. Because the role involves looking at specific data points (Name, DOB, Location) and moving rapidly to the next case, we are looking for individuals who can maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
salary: $27.87 - $36.84 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Perform initial review of potential matches between customer data and various watchlists.
- Analyze and compare three key data points to determine matches: Name, Location, and Date of Birth.
- Utilize a standardized Scoring Matrix to either "disprove" matches or "escalate" them for further review
- Maintain high productivity levels to assist in clearing backlogs; expected to meet a minimum target of 250 cases per shift , with top performers reaching 300–400.
- Participate in daily communication via MS Teams and attend 15-minute weekly Friday "huddles" to discuss performance, weekly digests, and process updates.
