New Gig Solutions is partnering with a highly respected and growing law firm seeking a Tax Attorney to work on sophisticated planning matters for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and multi-generational families — not cookie-cutter work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate, gift, GST, and income tax planning
Develop customized wealth transfer and asset protection strategies
Structure and implement succession plans for closely held and family-owned businesses
Draft and review advanced planning documents and transactional agreements
Collaborate with CPAs, wealth advisors, family offices, and other trusted advisors
Stay current on tax law developments and identify planning opportunities for clients
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing
3+ years of estate, tax, trust, or succession planning experience
Experience working with high-net-worth clients and business owners
Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
LL.M. in Taxation is a plus (not required)
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)
Experience with one or more of the following:
GRATs
IDGTs and sales to grantor trusts
SLATs
Dynasty trusts
Family LLCs and FLPs
Valuation discount planning
Business succession planning
Advanced wealth transfer strategies
