A highly skilled Systems Engineer is needed to provide expert technical support, lead implementations, and manage a range of client-facing IT projects.

This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring broad technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include designing and deploying infrastructure solutions, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring high standards of service delivery across multiple client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support and consulting services to Managed Services clients.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, AD, Exchange), VMware environments, and networking components.
  • Implement disaster recovery, remote access, and security solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation and meet service-level expectations.
  • Document technical processes, maintain tickets in ConnectWise, and stay current with industry trends.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years in a similar role, MSP experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (M365, AD, Exchange, PowerShell).
  • Experience with VMware, SAN/NAS, networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Citrix, and automation tools a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and client communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (MCSE, VCP, CCNA, etc.) are a plus.
