About The Company
Our client is a nationally recognized real estate development and construction organization known for delivering large-scale industrial, mixed-use, and master-planned projects across the U.S. Founded in 1988, the firm has played a major role in transforming key markets into thriving logistics, commercial, and residential hubs .

Built on a foundation of integrity, respect, excellence, and teamwork, the organization operates with a long-term ownership mindset and a strong, family-oriented culture .

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects, including tenant improvements and property management-related construction efforts .

This role serves as the on-site leader — driving safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor coordination from pre-construction planning through final closeout. You will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest construction standards.

If you thrive in the field, lead from the front, and bring strong Tilt Wall experience, this is a high-impact opportunity to run meaningful projects from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Field Leadership & Coordination

  • Oversee all phases of construction from initial planning through ground-up completion

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to execute daily construction activities

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Property Management, and tenants to align field execution with schedule, cost, and quality expectations

  • Prepare site logistics plans and review constructability during pre-construction phases

Safety Leadership

  • Serve as the on-site Safety Lead/Coordinator

  • Review project-specific safety plans and conduct periodic inspections

  • Lead safety training and enforce job-site compliance standards

Quality & Compliance

  • Oversee Quality Assurance programs and document daily field activities

  • Acquire necessary permits and coordinate inspections and certificates of occupancy

  • Monitor and manage punch lists through final completion

Financial & Schedule Support

  • Assist with estimating and budgeting during pre-construction

  • Review and monitor pay applications in coordination with the Project Manager

  • Support project closeout efforts to ensure timely and successful delivery

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 5–10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor (Superintendent, Project Engineer, or related role)

  • Direct Tilt Wall construction experience (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction Science, Construction Technology, or related field (preferred)

  • Strong blueprint reading and technical construction knowledge

  • Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Project and construction technology tools

Why Join

  • Lead high-visibility industrial and commercial projects

  • Join a values-driven organization grounded in integrity, respect, excellence, and teamwork

  • Work alongside experienced development and construction professionals

  • Be part of a nationally impactful platform shaping logistics and commercial infrastructure

If you’re ready to take ownership of the field and drive execution excellence from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting, we’d love to connect.
