Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as coordinator for the planning and implementation of efforts within two distinct groups of teams for which the AVCs have oversight within Philanthropic Strategy including managing several complex projects. Efforts include scheduling and monitoring all aspects of the interview process for recruiting positions that report to the AVCs. Works closely with other senior leadership support staff to ensure project deadlines are met and responses are well-coordinated and well-executed. Works closely with leadership on department-wide projects meetings and logistics and team-building activities. Serves as a resource for the AVCs in managing special projects which may include preparing editing and proofreading documents and completing other duties as assigned to support the goals of Philanthropic Strategy.
Provide high-level support to both Associate Vice Chancellors for Philanthropic Strategy serving as the vital communication link to and from the office when the AVCs are away from the office. Discern between critical needs and those that can wait and communicate appropriately.
Create and maintain multiple reports for the AVCs and leadership for Philanthropic Strategy. Reporting may involve submitting metrics data requests formatting raw data compiling and storing tables in an accessible or confidential location for appropriate parties. This includes monthly quarterly annual and other reports as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
