We are seeking a Salesforce CRMA Consultant to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce Analytics, data modeling, dashboard development, and a passion for delivering data-driven business insights.

Job Title: Salesforce CRMA Consultant

Location: Edison, NJ 08810 (On-site preferred / Remote for highly qualified candidates)

Duration: 6 months (can extend)

The Salesforce CRMA Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining CRM Analytics solutions that support business intelligence and reporting needs. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRMA tools, data integration, and analytics design. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain CRMA dashboards, lenses, and datasets to support business reporting needs.
• Build and optimize Dataflows and Recipes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
• Develop and manage SAQL and SOQL queries for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Implement and maintain security models within Salesforce Analytics.
• Work with JSON, XMD files, dataset mappings, and field definitions to ensure accurate data representation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and translating them into technical solutions.
• Perform Salesforce configuration and support CRM data structures and objects.
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and scalability of analytics solutions.

• 8 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Salesforce ecosystem.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) / Tableau CRM.
• Hands-on experience in CRMA dashboards and lenses development .
• Strong expertise in Dataflows and Recipes (data preparation and transformation).
• Proficiency in SAQL and SOQL for querying and analytics.
• Experience with Bindings (Result and Selection) .
• Good knowledge of JSON, XMD files, dataset mapping, and dataset field definitions .
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and standard/custom objects .
• Familiarity with security practices in Analytics .
• Strong business analysis, collaboration, and requirement gathering skills .
