Job Description

A growing general contractor is seeking a Multifamily Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from award through closeout.

Responsibilities:

Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams

Review contracts, change orders, and pay applications

Lead project meetings and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

2+ years of multifamily or commercial construction project management experience

Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills

Experience with ground-up and renovation multifamily projects

Exposure to wood-frame, podium, or concrete multifamily construction preferred
