NEON internships are designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience and exposure to the work that brings acclaimed independent films to audiences around the world. For students interested in careers in entertainment marketing, publicity, communications, or film, an internship with NEON offers the opportunity to contribute to real campaigns, develop practical industry skills, and learn from professionals who are passionate about independent cinema.
As a Global PR & Marketing Intern, you will support the team across a range of upcoming film releases. This internship is based in person at NEON's New York City office and will provide exposure to campaign development, audience engagement, media relations, social media strategy, and promotional initiatives that support NEON's growing slate of films.
Gain hands-on experience supporting film marketing and publicity efforts, from campaign research and social media content to press tracking and promotional activations.
Build experience in entertainment marketing, audience research, communications, content creation, and project coordination while working on active film releases.
Collaborate with experienced marketing and publicity teams who are invested in helping interns develop professionally and gain a deeper understanding of the film industry.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $ 18.00 per hour . School credit is optional, and documentation can be provided if needed. No relocation assistance is available. Our interns are onsite and in person based in either the New York or the Los Angeles office.
