Summary

Coordinates employeesinthe packagingdepa1imentwhile carryingoutresponsibilitiesinaccordance withtheorganizationspolicies needed in Supervisors absence.

1. Plansforreworkofheldandrestrictedproduct.

1. Organizesandplanreworkoftotedproductsinthecoldroom.

1. CommunicateswithPackagingQAandmakeadjustmentstomaintainqualitystandards.

1. CommunicateswithPackaging andProcessing Supervisors to ensure decisions are made in a timely andcost effectivemanner.

1. Understands and adheres totheconceptsand techniques ofthequalityprocessinorder toassurea qualityoperation.

1. Accuratelycompletesrequiredrecordsandreports.

1. Assistsinanticipatingpersonnelschedulingrequirements/needs.

1. Worksclosely withPackagingSupervisor andpackagilg personnel toensure that Good Manufacturing practices are being followed.

1. Promotesandadherestocompanysafetyregulations.

1. Perf01msjobfunctionswithlittlesupervisionrequired.

1. Helps to buildand promotea strongTeamwork environment ineachindiyjdualworkgroup the factory and the Company.

1. May berequired toparticipate inacontinuous improvement processsuchas anEmployee InvolvementTeam.

Skills:

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpretdocuments suchassafety rulesoperating and maintenance instructions and procedure to write routine reports and tospeak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MathematicalSkills

Ability to add subtract multiplyanddividein allunits ofmeasure using whole numbers common fractions and rateratio andpercentand to draw and interpret bargraphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding tocarryoutinstructions furnished inwritten oral .

Compensation Package :$ - $ Starting at 24.31 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
