Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate who is skilled in organizing and managing merchandise efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately following pick sheets, setting up for shipping, and ensuring the precise counting, verification, and receipt of goods from trucks and containers.

Responsibilities

• Follow a pick sheet and set up for shipping.
• Count, verify, and accurately receive merchandise from trucks and containers.
• Sort, prepare, and organize merchandise for storage.
• Maintain high order accuracy and update purchasing on received goods.
• Work under time constraints while meeting productivity, accuracy, and service standards.
• Ensure receiving, sorting, and documentation are completed with high precision.

• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
• Inventory control expertise.
• Skill in picking and packing merchandise.
• Experience in order picking and receiving.
• Competency in material handling and data entry.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Focus on accuracy in all tasks.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse environment that is non-climate controlled.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceville, GA.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
