Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential
• Over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing security measures for Oracle HCM and Oracle ERP applications is necessary
• Proven experience in designing and assessing Oracle Fusion Cloud Security and Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls
• Background in large-scale migration, support, and upgrade projects within HCM, Finance, and PPM modules
• In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Security Console, including Role-Based access control, data security policies, security reporting, and Oracle Risk Management Module
• Comprehensive understanding of security policies related to authentication, authorization, confidentiality, integrity, and availability
• Familiarity with security standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI, DSS, GDPR) and hands-on experience conducting security audits
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficient in creating impactful presentations and communications
• Ability to effectively collaborate at all organizational levels with varying skill sets and authority
• Skill in managing issue resolution including issue identification, resolution plan development, and necessary changes execution
• Commitment to professional development by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging in professional networks
• Experience in understanding and implementing Segregation of Duties frameworks and associated migration controls and tools
• Preferred certifications include Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, OCI, Cyber Security or related fields

• Develop and execute robust security strategies for Oracle Fusion applications, defining access controls, role hierarchies, and data security policies as per business requirements
• Administer and maintain user accounts, ensuring strategic assignment of roles and permissions for effective data access control
• Lead the design and strategic management of duty roles, job roles, and data access policies while adhering to segregation of duties principles for compliant security governance
• Conduct comprehensive security audits and reporting to proactively identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential security risks within the Oracle Fusion environment
• Investigate and address security incidents relating to user access or suspicious activities, employing monitoring tools for swift detection and remediation of threats
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies to uphold data protection and access control
• Spearhead security audits and create thorough reports to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement in the organizations security framework
