Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support a variety of marketing activities including digital marketing content development trade shows sales support and internal communications. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional interested in B2B industrial marketing.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of industrial markets customer applications products and go-to-market strategies while supporting day-to-day marketing activities. The position is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of the business including products customers industries and sales processes while building foundational marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email website social media and digital advertising channels
• Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures presentations flyers email content and website copy
• Coordinate trade show activities including promotional items booth materials shipping registration and post-show follow-up
• Help maintain and update company websites landing pages and digital content
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance website traffic email metrics and lead generation activities
• Support social media scheduling and content calendar management
• Support market research competitor analysis and customer research
• Assist with CRM updates lead tracking and sales support activities
• Coordinate with internal teams outside vendors agencies and graphic designers to ensure projects are completed on time
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field
• 0 to 3 years of marketing internship or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of digital marketing email marketing SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with Canva Adobe Creative Suite Mailchimp Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
• Interest in manufacturing industrial products automation or B2B marketing is preferred
• Spanish or Japanese language skills are a plus. Additional language skills are also a plus
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed for meetings events or other business needs.
