Intern - Gap Brand – Marketing / Collaborations & Partnerships About the RoleAbout Our Summer Internship Program At Gap Inc., our 10-week Summer Internship Program is built around how our business operates—fast-moving, customer-focused, and grounded in the work that brings our brands to life. As an intern, you’ll step into the pace and complexity of a global retail organization, contributing to initiatives that shape our product, our experience, and how we show up for millions of customers. You’ll be embedded on a team from day one, taking on meaningful work and building ownership as the summer progresses. Along the way, you’ll strengthen how you approach your work—using data to inform decisions, solving business and creative problems, and communicating ideas with clarity. As the summer progresses, you’ll be expected to move beyond execution—identifying a meaningful opportunity or challenge within your team, shaping your own point of view, and developing a clear, well-supported recommendation to present at the end of the program. By the end of the summer, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how the business runs, stronger judgment in how you approach your work, and a foundation of experience you can build on as you grow your career. As a Brand Marketing / Collaborations & Partnerships Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting Gap brand collaborations and partnerships. You will work closely with both internal Brand Marketing, Creative and cross-channel teams, as well as external brand partner teams, to help bring Gap collaborations to life—from initial concept through final execution. In this role, you’ll contribute to building customer-first marketing briefs, developing creative ideas, and supporting content that reflects the brand voice and vision of both Gap and collaborating partner. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Online Experience, Visual/Retail, Editorial, PR, Social and Creative teams to help deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences. Throughout the internship, you’ll learn how strategy and creativity come together to shape brand and product storytelling, drive engagement, and support business priorities. Hourly Rate: $35.00 per hour USD This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What You'll Do
