A respected and growing law firm is seeking an Insurance Litigation Attorney licensed in Florida with 2-6 years of experience in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for an attorney who either thrives in the courtroom and wants more trial exposure or excels in legal writing and research and wants to leverage those strengths in a collaborative litigation environment.

The firm is open to candidates from either the plaintiff or defense side of insurance litigation, provided there is a solid work history and demonstrated commitment to high-quality legal work. What the firm is looking for:

Florida-licensed attorney with 2-6 years of insurance experience
Strong interest in courtroom work or exceptional legal writing and research skills
Excellent written communication skills are required - writing samples will be requested for every attorney
Experience in insurance litigation on either the plaintiff or defense side
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice
