Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000 (Depends on Experience)

Location: Westchester County - Long Island - West Connecticut - North & Central New Jersey
Expected Workweek: 50 Hours (Field-Based Leadership Role)
Expected Travel: Quarterly to different states when needed for consulting and training
The Regional Security Operations Manager (RSOM) is responsible for full operational ownership of assigned geographic regions. This role carries direct accountability for field execution, client satisfaction, performance standards, leadership discipline, and cultural alignment across all assigned sites.
This position exists to ensure operational stability, leadership clarity, and measurable performance outcomes at the regional level.
Maintain full accountability for performance across assigned sites
Ensure proper staffing levels and quality standards
Conduct regular and unannounced site inspections
Identify operational risks and implement corrective action
Ensure compliance with company protocols and client requirements
Directly manage Field Operations Specialists (FOS)
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and discipline when necessary
Drive alignment with company culture and leadership expectations
Ensure professional communication standards are upheld
Address morale and operational gaps proactively
Serve as primary operational contact for regional clients
Maintain professional, proactive communication
Address escalations and service concerns promptly
Protect and strengthen long-term client partnerships
Monitor KPIs related to attendance, coverage reliability, incident reporting, and professionalism
Ensure after-action reporting is accurate and timely
Enforce operational discipline consistently
Maintain escalation clarity within chain of command
Be present in the field regularly
Support operations during peak or high-risk periods
Model leadership standards in dress code and in conduct
Reinforce chain of command integrity
7+ years in private security leadership
Valid Driver's License & Personal Vehicle
Valid NYS Security License (Armed)
Valid NJ Security License (Armed)
Valid CT Security License (Armed)
Experience managing multi-site operations
Strong crisis management capability
Demonstrated leadership maturity and accountability
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Ability to operate under pressure while maintaining professionalism
