Immediate Hiring For General Production Workers In Spokane

Pay- 18$/h

Job Overview

This position involves supporting cabinet production in a large, high-output manufacturing facility. You will take part in multiple stages of the process, including assembly, finishing, and preparation of cabinet components, using hand tools and production equipment in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabinets in line with production requirements and quality standards
  • Install shelves, hinges, and other hardware using appropriate hand tools
  • Support operations in the door department and other assigned areas
  • Operate basic machinery and production equipment as needed
  • Perform sanding, painting, and finishing tasks when required
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate work
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency
  • Adhere to all safety policies and proper equipment usage
  • Achieve daily production targets in a high-paced environment
  • Provide support across teams and departments as needed

Work Environment

You will work in a well-maintained production facility with around 500 employees specializing in cabinet and door manufacturing. The indoor, temperature-controlled setting ensures comfort throughout the year. This role follows a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering a steady day shift while working with tools and equipment in a safe and organized environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
