Job Description

As an Entry-level Events Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure events are well organised, delivered on schedule, and aligned with client objectives. This role is ideal for a highly organised and energetic individual looking to build a career in event marketing and project management within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events and promotional campaigns
Support the development of event timelines, schedules, and logistics
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution
Monitor event progress and provide updates to team members
Support vendor coordination and event setup when required
Ensure brand guidelines and campaign objectives are followed
Assist with tracking event performance and gathering feedback
Contribute ideas to improve future events and campaign effectiveness
