*Responsibilities*

* Handle employment litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution
* Draft motions, discovery, and legal briefs
* Take and defend depositions
* Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
* Communicate directly with clients
* Strategically evaluate and develop cases

*Qualifications*

* 2–7 years of employment litigation experience preferred
* Experience handling California employment matters
* Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
* Ability to independently manage cases
* Plaintiff-side experience
* Trial experience
