Effectively perform the product selection and preparation process, hitting the key aspects of picking. Prepare orders and have them ready; coordinate and collect orders from aisles, shelves, carts, pallets, skids, and computer systems through to their final destination. • Prepare the load in the designated area.

• Check that there are no damaged products.

• Label merchandise, if necessary.

• Update inventory stock levels.

• Perform final validation.
