Description Cold Storage Order Selector – Oakland, CA 3rd Shift | Starting at $25/hr We are seeking reliable and experienced Cold Storage Order Selectors to join our team in Oakland. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced warehouse environments and are comfortable working in refrigerated conditions. Position Details ~Location: Oakland, CA ~Shift: 3rd Shift ~Pay Rate: Starting at $25/hr ~Environment: Cold storage facility Job Responsibilities ~Select and pull orders accurately in a refrigerated warehouse ~Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed ~Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment ~Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area ~Meet productivity and accuracy standards ~Work efficiently in cold temperatures for extended periods Requirements ~Previous order selecting or warehouse experience preferred ~Ability to work in cold storage environments ~Ability to lift up to 50 lbs ~Strong attention to detail and accuracy ~Reliable attendance and work ethic ~Experience with pallet jacks or RF scanners is a plus Apply Today We are hiring immediately for motivated individuals ready to join a high-performing warehouse team.
