We are seeking a skilled CAM Field Specialist to support field operations in the Casper, Wyoming area. This role is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized completion and drilling equipment while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

CAM Field Specialists Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Install, operate, and maintain CAM equipment at customer locations.
• Perform equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues in the field.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete service reports and operational documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Travel to field locations as required.

CAM Field Specialists Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous oilfield experience, preferably in completions, intervention, or related field services.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote field environments. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, extended hours, weekends, and on-call assignments as needed. 
• 1-2+ years of oil & gas or related field experience ideal
