We are hiring a motivated Import Coordinator to join a growing logistics team in Hialeah! This is a great entry-level role for a detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in international trade.

- Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

- Track & Schedule: Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
- Track & Schedule: Follow shipments from start to finish to ensure everything arrives on time.
- Handle Paperwork: Prepare and check essential shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.) for accuracy.
- Customs Support: Work with customs brokers to make sure shipments clear regulations smoothly.
- FTZ Operations: Learn to process shipments moving in and out of our Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ).
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing proactive updates on their cargo.
- Problem Solve: Quickly address and resolve any shipping delays or customer concerns to keep things moving.
