Responsibilities

• Sell arboricultural services and provide expert recommendations to HOA and commercial clients.
• Lead, manage, and train multiple tree crews, ensuring safe and efficient completion of projects.
• Oversee and participate in tree pruning, removal, plant health care, soil care, and other arboriculture tasks.
• Conduct tree inspections, hazard evaluations, and integrated pest management as needed.
• Estimate project time and costs, generate written proposals using company software, and schedule work accordingly.
• Dispatch and direct crews to complete proposed projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Maintain strong customer service and follow-through with clients.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist (reccomened).
• 2-5 years of experience in arboriculture, with proven success in commercial tree trimming and care.
• Strong knowledge of tree, plant, and horticultural practices relevant to Nevada.
• Experience in crew leadership, management, and training.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safe working procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and proposal software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Plant Healthcare applicator’s license is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valuable.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
