  • Boston, MA

Job Description

Are you creative, hungry for professional challenges and growth, and eager to learn from the best in the communications profession? If the answer is yes, then V2 Communications is where you belong.

V2 Communications is an integrated communications firm that works exclusively with technology companies focused on the B2B, healthcare, and climate sectors—from upstarts to publicly traded companies. Our clients want to have an outsized impact on business, humanity, or the planet through their innovations. They want to be iconic brands, and V2 creates integrated communications strategies that shape their markets and make them market leaders.

V2 wants to redefine what people typically think about most “PR agencies.” We are business consultants who specialize in communications. We are strategic partners to our clients, and the best place for our employees to build careers. No matter your role at V2, we focus on fostering a strong culture, strengthening relationships amongst colleagues, supporting employee wellbeing, and advancing people in their careers.

These are a few reasons why we’ve landed on PRNEWS Top Place to Work in PR list multiple years in a row.

Collaborative

At V2, we sink or swim as a team. We are true partners to our clients and work as counselors, not order takers.

Tenacious

We are not intimidated by a challenge. Walls are meant to be scaled—so we don’t settle for the status quo.

Curious

We channel curiosity into creative ideas. We strive to know more—not just about our work and clients, but about the world around us.

Confident

Experienced, smart and thoughtful—we give the best counsel because we understand our clients, their goals and the bigger picture.

Transparent

We own our successes—and our failures. Honesty and communicativeness are everything, and we are clear on how an individual’s work contributes to the client, the agency and themselves.

Real

We’re human. Our current jobs don’t define us—neither does our latest win or misstep. Above all else, we are dependable, trustworthy and get the job done.

We know that the employee experience matters to hire and retain the best and brightest people in the industry. See a snapshot of some of the benefits and perks extended to all V2ers to support wellbeing both at and outside of the workplace.
