DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Apartment Maintenance / Turn Technician to join our client’s team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new tenants by performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant apartments to assess maintenance needs and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform repairs and improvements, including painting, drywall work, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and systems are functioning properly prior to tenant move-in.
• Coordinate and execute the clean-up and turnover of units, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience in apartment maintenance or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of repair techniques in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A clear background is required by the customer.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
