Motivated and detail-oriented professional seeking to leverage strong organizational and data entry skills in the Accounts Receivable role at Randstad. Eager to contribute to your team by ensuring accurate invoice generation, timely payment processing, and efficient account reconciliation. Responsibilities

• Invoice Generation: Prepared and distributed accurate weekly invoices to clients.

• Payment Processing: Recorded incoming checks, ACH, and wire transfers into the accounting system.

• Collections: Conducted polite follow-up calls and emails for overdue accounts.

• Reconciliation: Balanced daily cash receipts against the general ledger to find discrepancies.

• Data Entry: Maintained up-to-date client files and billing records with high accuracy.
