Responsibilities
Production & Operations - Manual & Automated Assembly: Perform precision assembly of components according to engineering drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Packaging & Labeling: Package finished products into primary and secondary containers, ensuring all labels are accurate, legible, and correctly applied.
- Line Clearance: Execute and document thorough line clearances between batches to prevent cross-contamination or product mix-ups.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and troubleshoot basic assembly and packaging machinery (e.g., heat sealers, labelers, or conveyors).
- cGMP Adherence: Maintain 100% compliance with cGMP guidelines and internal quality standards at all times.
- Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of components and finished goods for defects, contamination, or irregularities.
- In-Process Testing: Perform periodic quality checks, such as seal integrity tests or weight verifications, and document results.
- Cleanroom/Gowning Protocol: Adhere to strict gowning requirements (hairnets, gloves, lab coats) and maintain personal hygiene standards suitable for a regulated environment.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation ("5S" standards) to minimize the risk of errors or contamination.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
The essential functions of this role include:
